Meet Maheshwari

Welcome! I’m Maheshwari, and I’m passionate about empowering individuals—especially children and young adults—to thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically. My journey has led me through various paths, each deepening my understanding of how to support others on their unique life journeys. I believe life is always showing us where we have deeper changes to make for a more joyful life.

I am a fully trained PSYCH-K® Facilitator as well as being a fully qualified Acupuncturist specialising in treatments for mental health. I’ve worked with many individuals to help them reduce reliance on negative coping mechanisms, offering a holistic approach to emotional healing. My acupuncture practice complements my belief that true healing is both physical and emotional, and I work to create a space where people can release, rebuild, and reclaim control over their mental health.

​Before transitioning to complementary medicine, I spent several years as a teacher, where I recognised my strengths lay not just in traditional teaching, but in connecting with disengaged children and helping them rediscover their potential. This realization led me to focus on coaching and mentoring young people who felt disconnected, helping them reconnect with their strengths and lead more fulfilled lives.
In addition to my work in coaching, I’ve had the unique opportunity to run spirituality classes in secondary schools, pioneering energy healing practices in both secondary schools and nurseries in London. My role as a Wellbeing Coordinator further solidified my passion for holistic healing, as I witnessed first-hand the profound impact that mind-body-spirit alignment can have on overall well-being.

My Personal Journey With PSYCH-K® I never expected a near-death experience to be the catalyst for the most profound transformation of my life, but in 2021, during the pandemic, that’s exactly what happened. I had been living in a haze for so long and it took a brush with death to finally realize how badly I was living. At that point, my life was not working. I was deep in a stressful job that drained every ounce of energy from me. My health was a mess—physically, I was barely holding on, and emotionally, I was turning to food for comfort, numbing the pain with every bite. I felt like I was just going through the motions of life, unable to find the motivation to take care of myself or make any real change. But what hurt the most was my inability to create and maintain healthy relationships. Whether with family, friends, or romantic partners, I felt like I was constantly running into walls. Boundaries were a foreign concept to me, and I kept attracting the same toxic patterns into my life. I had moments of joy, sure, but they were always followed by periods of depression where I couldn’t shake the overwhelming feeling of hopelessness. I had spent the past 15 years exploring various spiritual practices, hoping that they would bring me the peace of mind I so desperately sought. I’d had many mystical experiences, some moments of awe, but none of them seemed to last. I had no true sense of lasting peace—just fleeting glimpses of something more. And then, PSYCH-K found me. I felt this immediate pull, a quiet whisper telling me that this could be the key I had been searching for. At first, I was sceptical. I’d done so much work on myself already—would this really be different? But in my heart, I knew I needed to try. The process felt almost too simple to be true. I worked with a facilitator, using muscle testing to identify subconscious beliefs that were holding me back, and then, through balancing techniques, we began to shift those beliefs. It was subtle, yet profound. The changes didn’t happen overnight, but slowly, I started to feel different. The most remarkable shift came when I realized I wasn’t just clearing limiting beliefs—I was reprogramming my mind and body to work for me, not against me. Things started to click. I was able to work less and still make more money. I’d never thought that was possible, but it was happening. I now work part-time, and money finds its way to me in ways I couldn’t have imagined before. My health? It’s the best it’s ever been. I now make decisions about food and exercise that feel aligned with who I truly am, not just what I should do. I’ve lost the weight I’d been carrying—not just physically, but emotionally. And I don’t just mean my body; I mean the emotional weight that I had been holding onto for years. Then, something incredible happened. The day after I did a relationship balance with PSYCH-K to clear the blocks I had around love, I met my soulmate. Yes, the very next day. I still have to pinch myself to make sure it’s real. Our connection is so profound, so pure, that it feels like something out of a dream. We laugh together, grow together, and love each other in ways I never thought possible. For the first time in my life, I feel completely loved, seen, and respected for who I am. It’s as though everything I’ve gone through, all the struggles, led me to this moment—this person, this love. As for my other relationships—family, friends—they’re healthier than ever. I’ve learned to establish boundaries, to honour myself, and to communicate with honesty and clarity. I’ve noticed that the more grounded I am in myself, the better these relationships have become. No longer am I a people-pleaser or a doormat; I show up as my authentic self, and it’s made all the difference. For the first time in my life, I feel truly grounded in this reality. I have a sense of control, not because I’m forcing things to happen, but because I’ve finally realized that I’m not a passive observer in my life—I’m the creator of it. Manifesting has become second nature, and it feels like magic, but the truth is, I’m finally aligned with the flow of life in a way I never was before. Each day now is filled with love, joy, clarity, and curiosity. My life feels like a grand adventure. I’ve had mystical experiences that are more profound than anything I’ve ever experienced. And beyond that, I’ve been having these incredible telepathic moments with others, reminding me, with undeniable certainty, that we are all connected in ways that transcend the physical world. PSYCH-K has truly turned my life around. I no longer feel lost or stuck. I feel whole. Life feels magical. And when I look back, I can’t help but marvel at how far I’ve come. The woman who was burnt out, emotionally adrift, and struggling to keep her head above water is now living a life of joy, peace, and abundance. And the best part? I know this is just the beginning. Every day is another opportunity to create something even more beautiful than before.
